Refund Policy

 

We are happy to offer a refund for damaged items within 7 days of receipt. Proof in forms of photos and videos of the damaged items with their original packaging must be sufficiently provided to us in order for us to determine and process a refund. 

 

Proof of Purchase : We are unable to offer a refund on items without a proof of purchase.

 

Instructions : Please contact hello@inthepink.co with your order number to notify us of your refund request.

 

Once we receive your request and proof, it will undergo a full check.

 

We aim to process all refunds within 30 working days if they are approved. 

 

All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. 

 

Any damage to packaging in transit is not included as a fault. We cannot accept responsibility for any parcels lost in transit.

 

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable refund requests.

 

Pricing

 

All prices on the IN THE PINK CO. website are shown in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) and are inclusive of 6% SST. 

 

For customers purchasing outside Malaysia, the final price will be calculated by your card issuer in accordance with the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing your transaction. 

 

If you are having goods delivered outside of Malaysia, you will be liable to pay any applicable local taxes. As customs vary from country to country, we would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order. 

 

Please note that prices listed on the site or in any printed publications are correct at the time of publication and we reserve the right to amend these without prior notification.

 

Delivery

 

West Malaysia : 1-3 working days

East Malaysia : 3-5 working days

 

Domestic shipping costs are as follows (up to 2kg) :

West Malaysia : RM7.00

East Malaysia : RM15.00

 

Our delivery timings and charges are set out above. We will deliver the goods to the delivery address provided at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is someone to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used. IN THE PINK CO. insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us.

 

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. IN THE PINK CO. is not responsible for any delays caused by delivery companies processes.

During the promotional period only, the code is valid for a maximum of one full price transaction per customer. 

The discount does not apply to shipping charges. 

Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 

Codes cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
